a) When visiting the website:
When visiting our website https://automega.de/ information is automatically sent to our website server by the browser used on your terminal device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your interaction and stored until automated deletion:

• IP address of the requesting computer,
• Date and time of access,
• Name and URL of the file accessed,
• Website from which access has been made (referrer URL),
• The browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer, the screen resolution, and the name of your access provider

The above-mentioned data will be processed by us for the following purposes:
• ensuring a smooth connection of the website,
• ensuring comfortable use of our website,
• evaluation of system security and stability, and
• for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is GDPR sec. 6 para 1 lit. f. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes listed above for data collection. Under no circumstances will we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you.

b) Content Delivery Network (Fastly):
On our website we use a so-called Content Delivery Network ("CDN") of the technology service provider Fastly Inc., 475 Brannan St. #300, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA ("Fastly").
A CDN is an online service that is used in particular to delivering large media files (such as graphics, page content or scripts) through a network of regionally distributed servers connected via the internet. The use of Fastly's Content Delivery Network helps us to optimise the loading speeds of our website.
Processing will be carried out in accordance with GDPR sec. 6 para 1 lit. f based on our legitimate interest in secure and efficient provision and improvement of our website’s stability and functionality.

For more information, please see Fastly Inc. privacy policy, available at https://www.fastly.com/de/privacy.

c) When using our contact form:
In addition, we offer you the possibility of contacting us via a form provided on the website for any kind of questions (contact form). We require your name and a valid email address so that we know from whom the request originates and so that we can process your request. You may provide further information voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact with us will be carried out in accordance with GDPR sec. 6 para 1 lit. f on the basis on your voluntarily given consent.

You may revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. All you need to do is send an informal message by email to info@dello.de. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until your revocation remains unaffected by your revocation. The data you provide when contacting us will be deleted if you withdraw your consent or if the purpose for processing the data no longer applies (for example after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

d) When contacting us (via phone or email):
For questions of any kind, we invite you to contact us by email or telephone, for example to info@dello.de. We will process the personal data you provide by email or telephone in order to answer your question. For this purpose, we need your name and a contact option (for example telephone number or email address). You may provide further information about your request voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of establishing contact will be carried out in accordance with GDPR sec. 6 para 1 lit. f on the basis on your voluntarily given consent.

Please bear in mind that, for technical reasons, exchanges by email always carry the risk of unwanted disclosure of content to third parties. In principle, we therefore send you emails encrypted in transit. But for technical reasons you may not be able to participate yourself. If you nevertheless contact us by email, you thereby give us your consent to transmitting your personal data by unencrypted email.

You may revoke your consent at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. All you need to do is sending an informal message by email to info@dello.de. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out until your revocation remains unaffected by your revocation. The data you provide when contacting us will be deleted if you withdraw your consent or if the purpose for processing the data no longer applies (for example after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

e) Registration data customer account:
You have the option of setting up a customer account with us. Here, among other things, your address data including email address and orders are stored. When registering, you are required to provide information about your company (name, address, contact details, VAT identification number) and enter your own name. Mandatory details are marked accordingly in the form. The password you assign must be kept secret.

The data processing is carried out according to GDPR sec. para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

f) Order and payment details:
On the basis of GDPR sec. para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b your data will also be processed for the purpose of accepting, processing and executing your order and - if necessary - forwarded to service providers, for example the deliverer of the goods.

Payment data will be collected in encrypted form and used exclusively for processing the corresponding transaction. Your payment data will be processed exclusively via the payment service provider and we neither obtain knowledge of or will have access to bank and credit card data.

Under "LOGIN" you can manage or delete the information you have entered, provided there are no commercial or tax law reasons to the contrary.

Erasure of your data

Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements as soon as you have revoked your consent to processing or other legal permissions cease to apply (for example if the data is no longer required to fulfil the respective purpose).

Should the data not be erased because it is required for other legally permissible purposes, we will limit its processing to those purposes. Your personal data will then be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to order and payment data that must be retained for reasons of commercial or tax law or whose processing is necessary for an assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person.
